Returns
We want every prop you buy to work in your show.
- Unopened items: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be unopened in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged or defective items: we replace or refund them, shipping included. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
- Opened items: magic depends on secrets, so once a package is opened or a method is revealed it can't be returned. Digital downloads are final sale.
