We ship to Canadian addresses only. No duties, tariffs or brokerage fees — ever.
How shipping works
- You order. Order by 11 a.m. MT on a business day and we order it from our supplier that same day. Orders after 11 a.m. MT, on weekends or on holidays are ordered the next business day.
- On my shelf in Calgary: Ships same or next business day. From our supplier (the wholesaler I'm a verified dealer with): I order it that day, it reaches Calgary in 1 to 2 business days, and I check it by hand. Ships from Calgary in 2 to 3 business days. Canada Post delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after it ships.
- Canada Post Expedited delivers it to you, tracked on every order. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves Calgary.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, just tell me and send a photo. I'll replace or refund it right away and deal with Canada Post myself. You never have to chase a claim.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. A flat $10 CAD applies to orders under $100.
Delays
Stat holidays and Canada Post disruptions can add a day or two. When Canada Post is experiencing delays, we show a small amber note on the product pages so you know before you order.
Do you drop ship?
No. Drop shipping would mean you pay duties and nobody checks your order. I import everything to Calgary first, check every item and your order by hand, and ship it to you myself.
Doing it this way only adds a day or two to the whole process, and it's worth it. You never pay duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or any other surprise fees, and every order is checked by hand before it leaves Calgary. I really do care about you getting the magic you ordered.
